It is with greatest pleasure that we bring you this VSee release, in which we have taken VSee’s audio quality to a completely new level.
Specific release 1021 improvements are listed below:
1. New Audio
- Echo-free on all platforms
- Higher tolerance of poor networks
- Automatic mic volume adjustment (AGC)
- Noise suppression
2. Improved support of HTTP/HTTPS proxy authentication
3. “Invite friends” button to conveniently bring in coworkers, clients, or friends not registered with VSee (will be turned on in a few days)
**Please note that Release 1021 audio is not compatible with previous VSee releases. If you are not already updated to 1021 1023, you can go to https://vsee.com/update for instructions on how to download and run this latest version.

I have a problem with the new version. When I select my microphone in Vsee’s audio settings, there is no sound, no one can hear me, even thought the mic works perfect in Windows.
If you are on the echo-freet version of VSee (11.0.0.1021) and someone else is on an older version of VSee (e.g. 11.0.0.1013, 11.0.0.908, etc.) you will not be able to hear each other.
We are all using the latest version
You may have to unselect then reselect your microphone in the Audio settings. That’s what has fixed no-sound trouble for us 🙂
Trying to install this version I get an update error 0x2 Failed to CHANGE TO Vsee data directory C:\Users…. although this directory exists. Any ideas please?
We have one known bug where you cannot update on Windows if your VSee id uses any special characters.
