Is the app encrypted?
yes – all VSee video is encrypted end-to-end with 256-bit AES encryption where VSee does not keep decryption keys.
Is the iPhone app HIPAA compliant?
Hi Larry- If you are a provider, you need to have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with VSee for the iPhone app to be HIPAA-compliant. Please go to vsee.com/hipaa for more information. Even if you don’t have a BAA with us, VSee video chats are always securely encrypted and meet HIPAA security requirements.
